Sponsored walk.........
The recent sponsored walk on behalf of the Church Roof Fund raised approximately £3,100+! (including Gift Aid). Once again a big thank you!
Doll’s House has been delivered
To its new home! It had to be very carefully moved and reached its destination safely.......a note was left which said at the end of it ‘phew!!’ £1000 was raised from its sale.
Damaged ceiling tiles replaced
Over 50 water damaged ceiling tiles were replaced recently caused by vandalism to the hall roof. This work was carried out in-house by the Property Committee in one evening!!
Sunday School (SSFG)
Members received certificates and a wee gift at the recent service of prize giving.......one member, James Rae, sat with an anxious look as time passed by wondering if we had forgotten him......and received a big cheer for showing patience when his name was eventually called!

As we head into summer to all who deliver our magazines during all weathers throughout the year, all our Pitcairn Volunteers and for those who work behind the scenes quietly getting on with the job.
By the time this reaches you....
We will have launched another Sunday at Ten season, so the times change from Sunday June 13th to 10.00am & 11.00am. I will have a new look during this year’s Sunday at Ten!!
Church Roof.........
Work will begin within days to make sure the building is in good condition for years to come. There will be minimal scaffolding in use and no disruption to Sunday services.
Indoor bowling.......
Concludes for its summer break on Friday 11th June following another successful year. Those going with the club to Yorkshire in September please note that payment is now due. Details of exactly what will happen over the weekend will be available soon.
